Summary: Raoul's apartment has no AC. Thankfully, a buddy decides he can borrow his for a night.
Notes: Inspired by the nasty wather we've had this summer here. Song lyrics are from "Hot Hot Hot" by Arrow. Also, heat waves totally count as natural disasters. Wikipedia says so, so it must be true. *nods*
